In the app, open Settings → Account and choose account deletion, then verify your Apple identity again. This does not automatically delete local books or iCloud backups; delete them separately. If you cannot access the app, email us for help. We verify only necessary identity information. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Importing and original reading happen locally. Only when you request online analysis and give permission are selected chapters and necessary information sent to our server and model provider. See the Privacy Policy.

Use works lawfully purchased, licensed or otherwise permitted under local law. Withword does not offer novel downloads or bypass DRM. Confirm you have permission before uploading content to third-party AI.

Include the app version, OS version, steps to reproduce and error message. Hide personal information in screenshots. Do not send entire books, login credentials or account passwords.
